Brunete's House

"La Casa de Brunete" is a vacation home with reference number VT-2077, featuring a 3,700 m² lot, a fenced-in pool, spacious landscaped and paved areas, barbecue grills, a 220 m² single-story house, a covered porch, outdoor restrooms, and private parking. It can accommodate a group of up to 14 people overnight.

Located in the heart of the Guadarrama Regional Park, the iconic town of Brunete offers visitors a wonderful getaway option for those living in the capital or an ideal vacation destination that combines culture and a cosmopolitan city with peace and relaxation. This home is surrounded by a spacious lot where nature guarantees relaxation, with all the amenities:

• 1 double suite-style bedroom (en-suite bathroom).
• 1 double bedroom.
• 1 room measuring 26 m³, separated by a sliding partition, featuring:
- 2 triple bunk beds (90×200).
- 2 double bunk beds (90×180).
• Bathroom with two facing hydromassage showers.
• En suite bathroom with shower.
• Private fenced-in pool, barbecue area, outdoor restrooms, outdoor paved area, private parking.


Travelers can choose to make this accommodation their base while exploring the capital’s city center, delving into the Prado-Recoletos cultural corridor, or they can opt to discover the region’s lesser-known natural landscapes.

We can visit the Dehesa del Sacedón, the holm oak forests of Las Rozas and Sevilla la Nueva, or see where the Guadarrama’s tributaries flow through the town of Majadahonda.

In the middle reaches of the Guadarrama River, the landscapes also feature lush riparian and Mediterranean-style forests; numerous routes and trails crisscross the region, where you can also visit well-preserved castles and towers such as the 15th-century Batres Castle, Villaviciosa Castle, or the spectacular tower in Arroyomolinos.

In the Western Mountains, it’s worth trying some traditional dishes such as “patatas revolconas,” “bollos de San Blas,” and organic honey.

In addition to the main house, we have two fully equipped, newly opened apartments!! “Suite Polaris” and “Magma Apartment.”

These are located on the same property, with separate entrances, and each apartment can accommodate up to 6 and 2 people, respectively.

"Polaris Suite" is ideal for couples; it’s located on the first floor and offers incredible views of the grounds, gardens, and pool. It’s an exclusive, avant-garde space equipped with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed, a living area integrated into the bedroom with designer decor and furniture, a full bathroom with a shower, a walk-in closet, and a relaxation area featuring a kitchenette with all the necessary utensils for breakfast or a light snack.

On the first floor, with direct access from the property, is the “Magma Apartment,” an ideal space for up to 6 people, featuring two double bedrooms with full-size beds, one of which includes a built-in double sleeper sofa. It also features a full bathroom, a kitchen equipped with kitchenware for 6 people, as well as access to the outdoor garden separate from the main house.
