The house is rented to a single group. It has 3 dependencies. You can take all or only part, depending on the number of people, so the prices vary. It is in a rural setting and in a privileged place because of the views it has towards Gredos. It has spectacular sunsets. It is in the highest part of the population. Fifteen km from San Lorenzo de El Escorial and sixty from Madrid. It is adapted for people with reduced mobility. It has output directly to the field. With many possibilities for excursions in the surroundings. Plans are provided with guided routes. It has a very large terrace to celebrate parties as it has professional barbecue and wood oven. It has a small pool and a jacuzzi on the outside with views of Gredos. It has two independent floors with kitchen and a study. It allows groups to be together, but to have independence in order to rest. It has capacity for eighteen people since it has five bedrooms and three mezzanines where six children or young people can sleep perfectly. Rehabilitation has been completed in this year. It is an ideal home for family groups, or friends, who want to spend a few days of rest in a privileged environment and with all the comforts of modern life.

Buscábamos un sitio especial para juntarnos antes de Navidad... y ahí apareció "El Chiscón de la Hoya". La web, las imágenes y las opiniones nos hacían pensar en una apuesta segura... pero una vez allí todas las expectativas fueron sobrepasadas.
La casa está muy próxima a Madrid, en un emplazamiento espectacular con unas vistas del valle que las fotos no le hacen justicia. La casa está perfectamente equipada, con unas instalaciones y decoración muy hogareña y un nivel global muy alto... Encima está emplazada en plena naturaleza con un montón de rutas para hacer. La casa una maravilla, esta nueva y tiene todo lo necesario para poder pasar unos días perfectos.
Los propietarios son encantadores, atentos y muy amables, desde el primer contacto estuvieron muy pendientes de todo y ofreciendo ayudas y recomendaciones.
