Die Lage ist optimal. 1 Minute bis zur Metrostation, Supermarkt und Cafés nebenan. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete kleine, saubere Wohnung. Persönlicher, freundlicher Empfang.
Für ein junges Paar optimal. Ich reiste mit Sohn und schlief daher unten auf dem Klappbett, das sehr schmal ist. Es fehlte eine zweite Decke, aber die wurde umgehend gebracht, nachdem ich danach gefragt hatte. Die Treppe zum Schlafbereich ist sehr steil, also nichts für ältere Leute. Die Wohnung ist sehr ringhörig. Der jaulende Nachbarshund gab nachts lange keine Ruhe.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo lo relevante. Tiene un metro a pocos pasos. Lo mejor es que no se escucha nada el ruido de la calle.
El departamento está súper bien acondicionado, tiene muy buena calefacción. La cocina está bien equipada, tiene todo lo necesario.
Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas.
El baño es amplio y tiene buen sistema de extracción del vapor.
Cuenta con un balcón que permite colgar ropa para secar y también en el que puedes disfrutar.
En resumen, 100% recomendable este departamento. Nuestra estadía estuvo genial!

Very cute and pretty, great location, very clean. Friendly host. We had a great time.
Not quiet, the heating is very loud, the elevator is very noisy, you can hear the neighbors. It was hard to sleep.
The host explained to us how to use the sink, but not how to set the thermostat.
Not enough toilet paper and shampoo supplied.

L’emplacement, le charme du logement
L’isolation n’est pas très bonne donc malgré le super chauffage, des courants d’air froid passaient sous les fenêtre. Mais il faisait vraiment très froid et c’est inhabituel
