About this house rental
Amazing private location along the Moonstone trail, mountain bike out the back door in the Summer, or short walk to Main Street Breckenridge. Snowshoe or Cross country in the Winter or quick ride to Gondola Base. House has 3 master suites, amazing large great room for family gatherings, game or movie night! Bunks beds and vaulted ceilings throughout with ruff cut timbers and mountain history. This house does not disappoint and has everything for a perfect mountain get away.
NEW HOT TUB IS IN: We just took delivery of a BRAND NEW 7 Person Bullfrog Hot Tub.
Location: Just off of Royal Tiger and Highpoint perched above Gold Flake Subdivision, this all paved road access home has great access to the best of Breckenridge, by foot, bike or car. Professionally plowed driveway during winter months makes things easier, but during heavy snowfall you'll need good traction to get up High Point or you go can go a back way up Boroeas Pass Road.

The house is wonderful. Enough room to bring several families. Large living and entertainment areas. Fantastic outdoor space and hot tub that would amazing in the summer or winter. 5 minute drive to main street and skiing. Responsive host if needed. Highly recommend a stay at this property.

Great location lots of space for a family of 5 and more with easy access to gondola to top of mountain and to all local restaurants. We had tons of snow so you will definitely need 4-wheel drive (as mentioned in ad as well as owner let us know in advance). Also, perfectly set up to dine in with fully equipped kitchen and grill. 2 car heated garage made it easy to get up and go. Hot tub and heated pads to access tub were awesome after a day on the slopes. Great communication with owner.

This home was beautiful! very spacious and comfortable for all of us. In a quiet and lovely neighborhood just minutes from everything. The hot tub was wonderful under the stars. The owners were awesome and very accomodating. We did not need anything else! Had a blast
