Located just 1.5 miles from downtown Breckenridge, Moonstone Lodge is the ultimate mountain vacation home. Step inside to a gorgeous 20-foot-high rock fireplace in the center of the great room with timber truss beams that provide a true mountain lodge aesthetic. Enjoy hot cocoa and watch the snow fall from the two strategically placed rocking/reclining chairs with sweeping alpine views, or head downstairs for gaming and movie night in the recreation room. The three-level residence offers cozy areas for gathering and space for privacy when needed. There is more to love outside under the custom-built gazebo boasting a top of the line eight-foot hot tub with 60 jets and incredible views. Snowshoe out from the back yard in a national forest, take the quick trip into town, or head to the slopes – Moonstone Lodge is the perfect spot for starting any type of adventure.
Amenity extras found at Moonstone Lodge include an entertainment room with foosball table; arcade game; spacious outdoor deck and gas grill; full laundry room. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- Bedroom #3: Bunk bed (twin-over-full), twin trundle bed, shared bathroom (sleeps 4)
Main Level:
- Master Bedroom: King bed, bathroom, jet tub, TV (sleeps 2)
Lower Level:
- Den: King bed, shared bathroom, TV (sleeps 2)
Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets / No Smoking.
- A four-wheel drive vehicle is required during winter.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 5 spaces total.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

We really enjoyed our stay at Moonstone Lodge. A beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Communication with property management was easy. We loved the hot tub, the communal space, and the great views.

We booked another property for our family crew of 10, but the boiler was unfixable by check in. Directed to another property, which turned our great. Other than the fans were broken, & a few low supplies we had some stuffy nights it was wonderful .
