Where do I start? The cabin was even nicer than the photos. It was gorgeous and thoughtfully stocked. Everything was nice and clean and the views were absolutely amazing. The location is about 5-8 minutes outside of town but it's totally worth it. The staff stayed in touch throughout our stay, they were extremely helpful and kind. You won';t regret booking the Cocoa Cabin!!!

The house was brand new and absolutely gorgeous; way more than we had hoped for. It was conveniently located to downtown (less than 10 minutes) and the mountain, and the management group was communicative and responsive. Open space, heated floors, great hot tub...I would highly recommend it.

This property exceeded our expectations for our family ski trip! Each couple had their own bedroom with bathroom while we all enjoyed the open design family room where we lounged, ate meals together, and enjoyed the breathtaking views. Within 7 minutes from downtown Breckenridge and the ski slopes, we had the best of the town and a get away. The house was well built with attention to the details and very clean. The management was easily accessible and helpful. I would highly recommend this property!
