The Location is OK, especially for those who need to stay close to the railway station. Comfy bedroom. Host very helpful in terms of recommending places to visit, places for dining.
Shower in the bathroom requires renovation. Small elevator in the building which makes it hard to get all suitcases at once up to the 6th floor.

the location near the centrale station and from the old city
missing so many things at my arrival
no towels
no toilet paper
no soap for dishes
no basics things to cook : oil , salt
some coffee grind
management of the flat was not smooth and well organize
$$$$
