Breakfast was good location not bad
Why do guest have to clean their chalets before checking out.
It doesn't make sense to me.
I go on vacation to relax and rest. Hire cleaning stuff to create employment.

I liked how spacious the house was, different types of animals that we saw, the outside pool and bar area is very nice. The staff was also very friendly. We had a nice outside braai area.
It is extremely quiet kinda boring. I didnt like the fact that we were not allowed to take our own alcohol to the bar area but I do understand it's because they sell alcohol. And the bar closes too early. If people were allowed to bring in their own alcohol, it would've been a nice vibe. The linen on the beds had a bit of sand/dust and spider webs in 1 bedroom.

the room was well insulated, we had some cold nights but the room was perfect. The hostess that met with us to hand over the key was amazing and was always ready to go the extra mile.
the included breakfast was booked for a specific time and agreed by hostess but wasn't ready even 20min past the agreed time so had to go without breakfast. the manager (not the hostess) when confronted with the issue decided that standing hands in pockets and rolling her eyes at me was the best response. was told we will get a double breakfast the next morning and received just a basic breakfast. very disappointed and i felt lied to about the breakfast inclusion.
