The breakfast was lovely and dinners were exellent. The staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable.

We would have preferred an enclosed bathroom and indoor shower as it is winter.

I loved everything about the place. This is real value for money and I am definitely coming back with my family. I just wish they would cater for the little ones perhaps a play area and pool for them. The stuff is out of this world never experienced such in my life. We really met a new family. Home away from home it was. My mom's 70th birthday was celebrated in style

Our tour guides Moses and John were great and the experience of seeing what the Foundation does up close was fantastic. We were highly impressed. Staff were warm and friendly apart from the Breakfast Manager.

1. The presentation of breakfast was the most disappointing aspect. The breakfast manager was abrasive and borderline rude. On the first day she held a clipboard and asked do you want sausage, bacon. I asked what are the options she was visibly irritated and said she would bring the chef who was very nice throughout our stay and we could order through him what we wished for. We have some dietary issues so needed to know what was possible. The next morning when I came to breakfast I told the female manager, I will make it easy this morning and order exactly what we had the day before which was... before I could finish she interrupted and said she would tell me the options. The "options was "an omelet with various fillings. I responded that that was not good for us. Again, she said she would have to get the chef who was very helpful and we could get, at least for my daughter who has special needs, some scrambled eggs and I stuck with the omelet not wanting to appear to be difficult. .Why can't you have a menu for breakfast and be flexible and importantly at least polite. 2. The towels are very threadbare and could do with updating. Towels at the pool after use whould be changed I noted ours were just rolled up again on the same couches after use.
