Spacious room. With a lot of natural light. Kitchen is pretty well-equipped. WiFi worked well too.
Location is not downtown but very easy to get a Uber to the Malecon and the beach for about 4-5 dollars. Many local restaurants and bars and food stalls and oxxo nearby. An excellent cafe just downstairs. It is a good spot for us a long stay.
Carmen took very good care of us. We can always reach her easily when we had problems with aircon etc, she is very friendly and helpful.
In general, a place with good value for money of the price we paid.
Living room is always a bit hot because there is only one aircon in the bedroom.
Would be great to have a sofa as well.

The bed is too small for two adults and mattress has seen better days.

We stayed here for a week , the location is awesome, close to allot of restaurants. The host was fantastic. Lovely AC in the bedroom , it cools down the entire place. The mattress on the bed is a bit worn out , wifi is great, very fast speed.
Would definitely return!!

- Good location, we walked to downtown in 20 mins
- the coffee shop below is so good! great food and coffee
- large apartment, very spacious also a lot of natural light!
- good wifi
- Bad smelling bathroom
- the coffee shop below is owned by the same people and they didn’t tell us about the noise at 9/10pm! there was a loud drilling noise and when I sent messages to ask about it they ignored me.
- Bed is a very small double. not comfortable
