This was a perfect place for a family get-together on the beach. Most people enjoyed walks, runs, and surf. A couple of die-hards found the wifi sufficient for work. Newport has all the amenities nearby, not to mention the Yaquina Head lighthouse. The state park with its trails and playground was nice to be near. Lovely place!

Absolutely fantastic stay.Very well equipped kitchen. Laundry onsite. Quick walk to Beverly Beach. Quiet and comfortable.

The house was much smaller than the photos made it seem. The walk to the beach was very slippery.
