The location was very central to Old Town and therefore, too close to all the late night noise. We rarely got a good night's sleep, but that's to be expected given our choice. The room itself was nice, light and modern. We enjoyed that a lot. The highlight, though, was the rooftop pool, which was really quite spectacular!!!
The toilet started leaking during out stay (just the clean water, fortunately), and they promptly sent someone to fix it, but they did a poor job the first time and it leaked again overnight. They promptly sent the repair people again, and then a third time. The management company was responsive, but the repair company was incompetent.

What breakfast?
Our room had no balcony, bare minimum of essentials, toilet backed up 2 times, 2 bedrooms consisted of one large room with sliding walls to create a bedroom area, TV placement was in such a way that is couldn’t be viewed from couch or beds, carpet needed cleaning and cupboards are made for very tall people with no step stool provided to reach the dishes!
Very minimalistic. I would not return. Much better options in Puerto Vallarta for less money, better appointments and ocean views.
