Overall, I had a lovely stay and would recommend this property. The highlight was definitely the rooftop infinity pool. The views were absolutely stunning and made for a great place to relax. It was a bit unfortunate that maintenance work on the palm trees took place during the second half of my stay, which left debris in the pool and affected the overall experience. The room was comfortable with beautiful views. One thing to note is that the bedroom isn’t fully enclosed by a traditional door—it’s separated by sliding panels that provide privacy but don’t offer much soundproofing. The mattresses were comfortable, and I slept well throughout my stay. The gym was decent and had enough equipment for a basic workout, but if you’re a serious fitness enthusiast, you may find it somewhat limited for a complete training session. I also appreciated the on-site laundry facilities, which were very convenient during a longer stay. One minor downside was the sink in the smaller bathroom—it was quite small with very little counter space, making it difficult to place toiletries. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. While this is on the pricier side, the excellent views, comfortable accommodations, and overall atmosphere made it a worthwhile experience.

Location was perfect. Condo was exceptional and that roof top pool amazing. The staff was attentive and very helpful. Think I found my go to place in Puerto Vallarta.

Good location. Clean place.

The insistence on paying before arrival was relentless. They even asked for a $1000 bank transfer to a person's bank account before arrival ( we refused to do that) It all sounded like scam. There was no cancellation policy. Very stressful to deal with this people before arrival. Towels were paper thin and one looked more like a rag than a towel. We had to ask for new towels that were not that different once they were delivered. This place was WAY too expensive for what it offered in the town of Puerto Vallarta in Mexico.
