The staff. How smooth and effortless everything was. The parking lot. The complimentary freshly ground coffee machine. The complimentary apple juice and cheese danish during continental breakfast.
The bed was comfortable enough but ok.

The property is well located, clean and updated.
The staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. In some cases downright rude. It’s currently 10:18am. Check out is at 11. Housekeeping has been knocking and/or opening our door three times since 9am. Didn’t think it would be an issue to not hang out the do not disturb sign if we are at a normal check out time and only staying 1 night. My son asked how to change the input on the TV and you would’ve thought he asked about quantum physics they were so annoyed. Turns out it requires them to get a remote - which he went down to get - which they said told him to come back later when they went so busy (mind you he had called ahead to let them know he’d be coming down). The wifi is not good, and required a few calls to a main service like to fix (unfortunately that still didn’t work). The facilities are nice, but the staff attitudes need some renovations.
