In a natural environment, set back from a hamlet, this cottage is an old independent farm with a courtyard and unfenced land (3000 m²), just 5 km from the Lavalette dam and the leisure center (swimming, sailing, rowing, hiking).
Nearby: Montfaucon 6 km away (church, unique collection of 12 Flemish paintings, tourist train, shops), Dunières 12 km away (greenway, shops and services).
All shops and services in Yssingeaux (13 km). On the ground floor, the dining room has a wood stove, the separate kitchen is fully equipped, the living room is independent and has a sofa bed and a TV, laundry room, WC.
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 each), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), shower room with toilet.
Services included in the rental price:
- Electric heating and wood for the stove are provided free of charge.
- Carport.
Optional services:
- Cleaning fee: €40
- Sheets for beds: single €5 and double €7
A deposit of €150 will be requested upon arrival at the gîte.
