Super nice and safe

If you don’t have a car, reaching nearby amenities are a decent walking distance. But this wasn’t an issue for us

Good apartment for professionals looking for safe accomodation, don't count on the breakfast.

Well equipped kitchen, water boiler and coffee maker with capsules always appreciated. Good with guarded parking area, to our surprise a lot of characters decidedly shady looking were lurking about the area so it felt good to be able to leave the car in a protected place.

The information should clearly state when booking the room with breakfast that the breakfast is supplied as a kit consisting of 3 dry crackers,12g of butter and a jam capsule. This is not what most guests associate with hotel breakfast (it does by no means have to be continental or buffe but this was below my expectations).

Comfortable stay with good parking in Saint Etienne

Nice breakfast pack left for us. Was much appreciated. Easy parking in a gated compound. Good lift to get up to apartment. Easy walk to Burger King for a quick meal on our first night in France.

Clean comfortable and good value.

It was easy to find and check in with security fenced car parking. Clean and comfortable with enough facilities. It was very hot when we were there so aircon and fridge very welcome! The addition of a little goodie bag and plenty of coffee pods was great. Great communication from Sebastian about check in too.

Établissement mal honnête ! Qui prend la caution pour soit disant de la fumée de cigarette ! Pourtant on ne fume pas !!!! La fumée qui aurait pu avoir c’est celle des œufs du matin ( ils arrivent pas à voir la différence entre odeur de nourriture et de tabac ) !!! Une honte

Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Établissement dans un environnement calme et pas de bruit la nuit.

Il manque un interrupteur près du lit pour éteindre la lumière. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de séparation entre la chambre et le halle d'entrée.

L'endroit idéal pour se détendre et se reposer après une longue journée de travail ou de tourisme.

Chambre studio très bien équipée et pensée. La déco est très bien, chic et apaisante, la salle d'eau sobre mais très pratique. La literie est de très bonne qualité, la couette et les oreillers tout autant. Le lieu est très calme, profitant sans doute d'une très bonne isolation acoustique. Un vaste parking sécurisé (en supplément) très pratique.

des difficultés pour accéder au logement , problème de connexion internet... qui a été résolu grace à l'aide de locataires jeunes présents trés serviable......

On nous laisse dans l'appartement un sac avec biscottes , petit beurre dans le réfrigérateur, café , thé, pour les gourmands du nutella en vrac, suffisant pour les 2 jours Sinon l'appartement est très propre et confortable conforme aux photos laissées; le jour ou je suis arrivée il y avait de la place dans la rue mais pour 7 euros j'ai préféré prendre le parking

Il faut envoyer 30 euros de caution le jour même pour avoir les codes pour avoir accès au parking puis un autre code pour ouvrir la porte du hall d'entrée puis on nous indique l'appartement que nous allons occuper et arrivé devant la porte il faut le code pour avoir ses clefs. Une fois dans l'appartement il y a un gros bouton dit interrupteur général pour mettre la lumière; Cependant si il y a un problème, il y a un contact par mail ou par téléphone jusqu'à 22h

Une halte stéphanoise bien réconfortante!

- Suite à la tempete en Bretagne, nous avons pu déplacer notre nuitée sans aucun souci. - La grande gentillesse et la réactivité de Sébastien. - Le très grand plaisir de revenir dans ce lieu oû tout est parfait ! C'est désormais notre point de chute lors de nos déplacements à Saint Etienne

Tout est géré par lIA. Ouverture portail, hall, chambre, un code d'accès à chaque fois. Aucun employé visible sur place. Aucun faux pas informatique. On arrive donc à l'heure que l'on veut. Pas d'attente évidemment. Chambre refaite à neuf. Cadeau sur la table qui fait plaisir. Prix attractif.

Que faire si souci informatique du côté de l'hôtel ou de notre portable? Exemple. Notre heure d'arrivée était fixé à 15h00. Les codes d'accès sont arrivés sur notre portable à 15h00 pile! Nickel ! ...mais s'il y'a un bug ??? Que fait on ?
