Huge dissapointement and bad host

Kitchen was unusable. Leaking sink. When we warend the host no answer for 2 days. They accused us of breaking the sink ourselfs, said we should be happy as we got the place at reduced price (?) and that we got extra sugar and coffee for free. We couldnt properly use the kitchen and they offered no compensation. Next to that the place was dirty, kitchen tools full of waste water, shower doesnt work and everything had a bad smell. We travel all the time and this is one of the worst places we payed so much money for. Booking.com is helping us to get compensation

- Upper floor accommodation with bad acoustics and we could hear all downstairs. It was ok during the day but more annoying at bed time since there was a party going on

UNACCEPTABLE! House is shared and owner doesnt inform u! Book something else!!!!!

The view and terase were nice. Very small cute decorations everywhere, bathrobe, slippers and soaps waiting for us

UNACCEPTABLE that the fotos or description didnt me tion house is Shared! U had a big door in ur living room for the flat upstairs. No sound isolation whatsoever because it is not like a hotel with separate flats and separate floors. We heard EVERy sound of the people upstairs, 8 people, 3 nights of partying! Complained to host, they sent someone to go talk to them but same thing repeated everh night, at 23 went to talk to them again. They replied its not a party, its just dinner. Not their fault, that the flats Were NOT separated! Not our fault either, we wanted quiet holiday but u can hear every step, furniture and laughter from upstairs even during the day! Informed the OWNER and asked for one night compensation, they didnt reply back. UNACCEPTABLE and from my point of view FRAUD! We picked that house based on fotos and no peace and quiet and no compensation either! Was horrible 4 days! We have submitted formal complaint with booking about this behavior! Kitchen extremely small, no dishwasher either. On booking says Caution 100 E, 30 mins before arrival they inform u its 250 E! Not transparent and not FAIR behavior! We paid for these conditions! We want our money back! sTAY away!!

logement ok pour des très courts séjours

L'emplacement par rapport au centre d'intérêt.

Le logement n'avait pas été nettoyé correctement: saleté sous les lits, toile d'araignée dans l'entrée, verres sales, les joints de la douche sont à refaire. Le parking n'était pas top. Les locataires de l'autre appartement avaient 3 voitures, donc difficile pour nous de nous garer sans gêner ou être gênés. Il semble qu'il y avait un garage fermé mais les 4 voitures (dont la notre) à l'extérieur c'était compliqué. Il n'y a qu'un porte manteau à l'entrée et pas de placard pour ranger nos affaires qui sont donc restées dans la valise à l'entrée.
