Private chalet (furnished tourist accommodation rated 2 stars) located less than 50 m from the free shuttle bus stop (in 5 minutes to the SuperMorzine lifts and in 10 minutes to those of Pléney - Portes du Soleil).
Only tenants at the chalet, you can park your vehicle on the private land.
You will have access to the first floor which is a 55 m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room open to 1 kitchen, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom and a garage.

Bedroom 1: a 160 x 200 bed with new Merino box spring and mattress
Bedroom 2: two bunk beds 90 x 200 and a single bed (new mattresses)
Both bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes.
Additional pillows and blankets are available on site.
Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers and pillows) is provided in the form of kits: the beds must be made by you.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, an electric towel radiator, shelves, a hairdryer and a straightener, a children's footer.
Towels, shower mats and dish towels are provided in the linen kit.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
The living/dining room is equipped with a table with 8 chairs, a sideboard with all the necessary crockery, a new 140 x 190 sofa bed, two armchairs and a coffee table, several lamps and an ottoman.

The TV is connected to an Orange decoder allowing you to access Netflix for example with your personal codes.
At your disposal a Bluetooth speaker, an adapter for foreign sockets, some games, extension cord and power strips, drying rack with clothespins, iron and ironing board.
The kitchen is equipped with 3 ceramic hobs, a sink, an oven, a microwave oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a fondue set, a raclette set, a steamer, a soup blender, a mixer and pots, pans, crepe maker and various cooking and serving dishes.

The garage is located on the first floor: it is large enough for you to store your skis, ski boots, sledges, bicycles but no car.
At your disposal in the garage: washing machine and dryer, a garden hose to clean bicycles, cot, umbrella, baby potty.

A large balcony surrounds the chalet on the side and on the front (possibility of smoking or vaping on the balcony), presence of a bench, a small table and two chairs
A welcome kit will be given on arrival: toilet paper rolls, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, coffee and tea.
Washing powder, dishwashing liquid, household products, baking paper, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper available.

Cleaning is included in the price.
