Very clean and well stocked - with towels, utensils, toothbrushes, toiletries etc.

Very spacious for a Japanese house.
The bathtub had its own TV!
Great wet room/shower.
Comfortable rooms, very warm.
The neighbours seemed less than friendly

Very affordable, location was within walking distance to Gion tourist area. Has full amenties and clean.
Stairs to bedroom was very steep, need to be careful when using the stairs to avoid accident.
No windows on the ground floor living area, ok for a short trip.

立地は三条・祇園界隈にご予定がある人にはとても良いと思います。広さも十分にあり、宿泊費に対して基本的な設備はありますので、大人数や家族連れのコスパはとても良い施設だと思います。
民泊かつ路地の奥にあるため、夜間の出入りが少々不安になる出入り口でした(秘密基地感は楽しめます)。
内装はきれいにされていますが、お風呂が古めのため、女性は使いづらいかもしれません。あと、冬場の宿泊でしたが、ガス？温水床暖房は最高なのですが、お風呂の給湯器と兼用？のためか、床暖房使用時はシャワーの湯温が低めになるので、シャワー使用時は床暖房OFFがおすすめです。
