Nice relaxing and comfortable small place, direct on sea.

The wonderful sea view Very well equipped kitchen with spices etc. Nice location, well looked after. Coastal Tram station nearby. Promenade and beach just opposite of the building. Very nice surroundings and good Delaize supermarket nearby.

Tram passing by in front of the building between street and beach. But after a while does not disturb any more. Tram is no noisy train.

For a couple - it’s too small a unit. The bed is too small and too tough as it comes out of the wardrobe. Key retrieval is unexpectedly tricky and involves some creativity.

Exceptional

We had a fantastic stay. The sea view is magical. Easy to find parking and very informative explanations before which made our check-in smooth. The studio is not in the center of Oostende but in a quiet area of the beach.

Slijpwerken aan de gevel met veel lawaai en geen privacy. De werkmensen zaten op het terras van de studio. Dit kan absoluut niet!!!

Der erste Eindruck war positiv, aber bei genauer Betrachtung vielen viele schwere hygienischen Mängel auf wie bspw dreckige bett Lacken , mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Die Aussicht war gut

Aufgrund des minderwertigen Keiles lag man gefühlt auf dem lattenross, Wir haben 5 Tage gebucht , aber sind nachdem 3 abgereist erholsames schlafen war nicht möglich. Die Umgebung war wenig belebt und dementsprechend gab es kaum angebote essen zu gehen oder zu Bummeln.

schöne Aussicht, nähe zum Strand

Das Apartment hat mit und meinen Kindern sehr gut gefallen, die Lage war perfekt , meine Kinder waren sehr begeistert, meine Tochter meinte das wäre das beste gewesen was wir bis jetzt gehabt haben, also für unsere Bedürfnisse hat alles absolut gelangt , da wir ja auch meistens am Strand/ Meer waren , also für unsere Ansprüche hat es absolut gereicht. Wir waren zudritt ,ein Schlafcouch war vorhanden und ein aufklappbares Bett. Wer keine großen Ansprüche hat und sehr nah am Meer sein möchte kann ich dieses Apartment nur empfhelen. Der ausblick aufs Meer war der hammer ,gerne wieder!!

Das einzige was wir gerne gehabt hätten wäre ein Gefrierfach , ansonsten hat der Kühlschrank ausgereicht.

Strandlage, Mikrowelle

Minibalkon mit kaum ausreichender Größe für bequemes Sitzen - erst recht nicht zu zweit. Das Zimmer ist eine langgestreckte, schmale Raumröhre, die nur ca. 3m und vlt. etwas mehr breit ist. Das wäre kein Mangel, aber durch die äußerst ungeschickte Möblierung allerdings schon. Die Einrichtung hätte besser mal ein Ausstatter für U-Boote oder Flugzeuge machen sollen und nicht irgendwer, der sich zum Innenarchitekten berufen fühlt. Das schlimmste Debakel ist das Schrankbett mit durchgelegenem Unterbau plus brettharter Matratze. Bei der streikte sogar meine von Kindheit an nicht gerade komfortverwöhnte Frau. Ausgeklappt kaum ein Vorbeikommen zwischen Bett und Schrank. Dann zudem noch Verletzungsgefahr der Knöchel an den Bett-Kufen. Das geht dann mal überhaupt nicht! Der im Titel beworbene Gratisparkplatz ist im öffentlichen Raum an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Wenn alles zugeparkt ist, dann sind gut 200 bis 300m schweres Gepäck oder Getränkeeinkäufe etc. zu schleppen sehr mühselig.

Agréable Studio, face à la mer avec une vue magnifique.

Très bel emplacement avec une vue superbe dans un cadre aéré et calme. Nombreuses places de parking sur la voie maritime à 50 m tout juste. Le studio est moderne confortable avec l’essentiel des équipements pour un séjour de quelques jours.

Grande difficulté pour récupérer les clés, elles sont cachées dans une boîte à code située dans une boîte aux lettres qui s’ouvre horizontalement, au raz du sol. Il faut être 2 personnes pour récupérer les clés avec la lampe torche du téléphone, plus la fonction photo agrandie, pour lire les numéros cachés dans la pénombre tellement la situation est difficile. Ce moyen n’est pas pérenne, et ne convient pas à des personnes seniors. Il faut absolument placer les clés à un autre endroit. Une enveloppe renforcée adhésive collée au fond de la boîte aux lettres serait mieux. Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal. Autre point facile à régler : il manquait du papier aux WC

Eine Decke war zu wenig. Abfluss der Dusche war dicht. Etwas eng, sobald man das Schrankbett ausklappt. Es waren überall schwarze lange Haare.

Un bon bol d'air face à la mer dans un appartement très sympa avec une propriétaire très sympathique

Emplacement plutôt calme car pas dans le centre de Ostende l'appartement est simple mais très agréable, très propre, agréablement décoré, meublé comme il faut, le balcon face à la mer est exactement ce que je cherchais, la propriétaire a pensé à tout, vous ne devez rien apporter, tout est là, serviettes, draps de lit, couettes, oreillers, et même tous les épices nécessaires si vous voulez cuisiner, de quoi faire thé ou café, et en bonus une bouteille de cava dans le frigo. Vraiment très chouette pour deux personnes max.

Le seul point négatif du séjour est la difficuté d'accéder au code du coffre car il est très mal placé, on a quasi aucune visibilité sur le code à introduire. Il aurait été plus judicieux de l'attacher sur le côté afin qu'on puisse voir les chiffres en face et pas les deviner à travers l'ouverture de la porte de la boite aux lettres et avec la lumière de mon téléphone. La télédistribution serait sympa aussi. :-)
