Gut, aber noch Luft nach oben! :-)

Sehr schönes, modernisiertes Haus (Reihenhaus), in Strandnähe. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern!

Leider gibt es hier noch gutes Verbesserungspotenzial. Das Haus hat definitiv keine Wohnfläche von 250qm. Wohnfläche vermutlich ca. 120-140 qm. Teils noch in Sanierung (offene Stromkabel, Abdeckung Schacht, offenes Loch Boden Bad) in einigen Räumen keine Lampen nur Glühbirnen, Steckdosen im großen Bad fehlt. Leider nur ein großes Bett, zwei weitere Doppelbetten sehr klein (kind zusätzlich im Bett wird schwierig). Kein Kleiderschrank. Leider nur eine große Decke auf dem Bett. Garten nicht gepflegt. Alles in allem für paar Tage okay, da stimmt das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Aber länger mit zwei Familien nur ein großes Bad wird nicht angenehm.
