Clean, nicely furnished, decorated place to stay!

The building is old and seemed a bit sketchy upon arrival. The studio was clean and had an updated kitchen and bathroom. The pool area was well kept and had great access to the beach. When we had a chance to settle in and chat with some of the neighbors, it no longer felt sketchy—just dated. It was our first stay in Daytona, and we really enjoyed it.

Rented this place for in-laws who are an elderly couple. For me the theme is a bit outdated, but parents liked it! While you get what you pay, it is a fair price for a beachfront!

A positive point was the property was close to the events we came to see. Negatives were inconsistent working elevator and kitchen outlets not working. Balcony furniture not in prime condition. There was on going repair work being done to the pool and property.
