The building looks to be an old Hotel resort built in the 70's or 80's and has turned into some sort of condo .
It looked to be under construction in some areas, the pool and hot tub in particular.
The room we stayed in was clean but could use a few home improvements. The light in the bathroom is connected to the fan and it sounds like it's going to break , it was too loud to keep on for long. The bathroom could also use a shelf or something over the toilet to put toiletries on because there is no place to put stuff, it's a very small space.
We liked the kitchenette , the A/C worked great , Fredrick was very quick to respond and easy to work with. This was a great little place to stay if you are on a budget and want to be on the beach. It's a very nice beach, we really enjoyed that.
