About this apartment rental
Our cozy 420 sq ft. condo is steps from the main pool deck and the stairs down to the sand on 'World’s Most Famous Beach'. It is perfect for couples or small families. As a 1st floor condo, it allows for easy loading/unloading of your belongings. Positioned just behind the oceanfront units, it offers a partial ocean view from a charming outdoor patio.
Features include a full-size bed, single pull-out couch, & a convertible futon chair (child).

Within walking distance or a quick uber from the center of restaurants and entertainment that take place all year long:
Main Street - 6/10 of a mile
Boardwalk, Bandshell & Pier - 1 mile
Ocean Center - less than 1.5 miles
Daytona Int'l Speedway - approx 5 miles
Our condo’s amenities may include but are not limited to the following, which help make in-room dining/cooking convenient and enjoyable:

This is the 5th year we have been back. Every year it just keeps getting better. We love spending our vacation here every year. The amenities are amazing and the quality of the space is always top notch. The beach access is literally at your back door. The pool is so refreshing and only a few steps from the room. The host supplies great beach toys. They have everything from a beach tent to chairs to sand castle toys. You don’t need to spend extra money to make your beach stay enjoyable. The pictures are true. Everything you see in the pictures is what your room looks like. You will not be disappointed.

Hubby and I went for a quick getaway and to check out some of the festivities of bike week. The place was perfect! We enjoyed walking on the beach, relaxing by the pool and it was just a short walk to Main Street. Communication with the hosts was top notch. Checked in with us multiple times. Even left some snacks for us to enjoy. Highly recommend!!!

We had such an amazing stay! Lara was an amazing host. Any questions I had, she would answer almost immediately. We never had any problems and the amenities are beautiful. The size of the room is perfect for two people, and I’m sure if we had a little one with us it would’ve been just as well. We were able to cook our own meals 88 steps to the beach and 76 steps to the gym. This is a little heaven on earth. You will not be disappointed with this space. The bed is really comfortable. The towels are soft, it was amazing stay! You have everything you need all in one spot. You don’t need to bring beach towels, you didn’t need to rent beach chairs, or an umbrella or even a table to bring down to the beach. Everything you need was at your fingertips. And if you want to, they even have fishing poles to go fishing with. We didn’t even have to rent a car. Everything was either in walking distance or the cost to have something delivered is cheaper than renting a car for the extended amount of time that we were there.

Our getaway was the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The cozy unit exceeded our expectations, proving that pictures truly don’t do it justice. It was an ideal size for my boyfriend and me, so much so that we extended our stay by a day. Even with our late arrival, check -In was effortless. Our hosts, Lara and Roger, thoughtfully provided everything a traveler could need, including a welcome surprise of snacks. Despite my initial concerns, the compact kitchen was perfectly functional for preparing several meals during our stay. The hosts were always attentive and responsive to any question we had. We can’t wait to return for another visit soon.
