The property is nice and clean great location friendly stuff and comfortable
The music was very loud near the hotel up till 2/3 am and construction in the area started at 7/8 am couldn’t rest couldn’t sleep more then 3/4 h per night

I had a fantastic one-night stay at Marvic Hotel in Playa del Carmen. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend for a short stay!

The property is in the right place if you want to be on 5th Ave without BEING 5th Ave. Walking Distance to everything.

Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The pool was a big plus. Reception staff was AMAZING
No cleaning staff whatsoever and maintenance was very poor in most areas. The area in which the property is located is extremely noisy.
