Super zentrale Lage in Nähe des Doms und zu Cafés und Restaurants. Die Fenster waren sehr gut und haben den Schall, der von der belebten Straße kam, gut absorbiert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber geputzt und das Internet schnell. Die Abwicklung mit dem Schlüssel hat sehr gut geklappt und war unkompliziert. Die Hausverwaltung hat über WhatsApp sehr zeitnah geantwortet.
Die Küchenausstattung war spartanisch, z.B. sehr wenig Besteck und Gläser. Es gab keine Ersatzmüllbeutel und keinen Spülschwamm. Die Spülmaschine hatte einen defekten Spülarm, so dass man mit der Hand nachspülen musste. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war abgenutzt und schmuddelig (Sitzkissen, Wände, Sofa). Leider waren die Mückengitter defekt und so gab es im September sehr viele Mücken in der Wohnung.
