About this house rental
This beachfront, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located in the quiet Caplen area. You couldn't ask for better views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach from the furnished deck! Step outside and start your mornings on the deck (covered and uncovered areas), perfect for a cup of coffee. You're also just a moment away from putting your toes in the sand, by foot or vehicle on the convenient beach access road.
The cozy, family-friendly living area has plenty of seating and a wood burning fireplace. There is a large television, and high speed internet for your streaming needs. There is a dining table with seating for meals and games, and the island offers even more seating. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to make the perfect meals while on vacation, including a Keurig coffee maker. For your convenience, you'll also find a washer and dryer on-site.
With 1800 square feet, Family Tides easily sleeps 11. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has one queen bed and one twin over full bunk bed, and the third bedroom has a king bed. There is also additional sleeping on the queen sleeper sofa.
On the ground level under the house, there is plenty of room to gather in the shade and enjoy the company of family and friends. This property has plenty of parking, and a charcoal grill. Make family memories at Family Tides!
Pets are not allowed. Cargo lift is not available for guest use. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The location of the house is perfect and the size of the home was a lot bigger than we anticipated. Overall we loved it and already want to book again. If I am being super picky, the home could have been a bit more clean. The floors were really dirty upon arrival and it could have used a better dust job. But still would book again!

Amazing home with fabulous views! The only need for improvement is the windows were very dirty and the blinds were in need of replacement. Very minor issue. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We fell in love with this rental! The location was awesome!! Swede's employees were very helpful. This is my first time to rent from Swede's.I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness, though. We noticed dust and dirt that had accumulated behind tables,a large dead roach beside the refrigerator and a large dog bone in one of the bunk beds, even though the rental agreement stated No Pets! Over all, we will definitely rent this cabin again, and definitely rent from Swede's again!
