In the heart of the Normandy-Maine Regional Natural Park, 5 minutes from Alençon and 25 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, this charming cottage will captivate you with its peaceful countryside setting and the variety of accessible and thrilling activities available (paragliding, climbing, bungee jumping in the Alpes Mancelles). At your disposal: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood-burning stove, and a lounge. There are 5 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, and 1 bedroom with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a double vanity and a separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, including 1 bedroom with two double beds (140cm) and one single bed (90cm), 1 bedroom with one double bed (140cm), and 1 bedroom with one double bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm). 1 bathroom (bathtub), 1 separate toilet. Central heating via heat pump, electric heating in the living/dining room. Mandatory cleaning fee: €115, payable upon booking or on arrival. Bed linen rental: €15 and towels: €5 per person.
