It was formerly the teacher's residence for the local school, which closed a few decades ago and is now a multi-purpose room. This adjoining 62 m² room, ideal for family gatherings of up to 49 people, is reserved exclusively for gîte guests (with a supplement of €140/weekend and €46/weekday) or outside of the gîte's occupancy periods.
Don't miss the traditional Perche cider house, with its gourmet shop, just 2 km away. For fly fishermen: the renowned Moulin de Gémages is 500 meters away. A restaurant, equestrian center, laser tag, and paintball are available in Saint-Germain-de-la-Coudre, 2 km away. Cinema 7 km away, swimming pool with spa area 14 km away.
