Close to the beach, ca 10min walk and close to all bars and restaurants.
Problems with hot water, could wait for over 20mins before the hot water began..and then it was limited:( lots of mosquitos around..need to keep doors closed.
No parking with apartment and need to park on main street..ca 5mins away.

Everything. House is very well equipped. The only thing I missed is a hoover. Sweeping brush for longer stays is not sufficient. House is managed by the property management company, they are very professional. Great experience overall.
There is an apricot tree in the garden. It's great to have fresh apricots every day but it was a bit messy, so if you go during apricot season as we did (June), you may need to do a bit of gardening to clean them up.
Parking only on the street.
