La posizione vicina al mare, la suddivisione dei locali il terrazzino esterno con barbecue. La doccia esterna
Il pavimento finto legno molto rovinato, l’aria condizionata con il motore esterno arrugginito e solo nelle camere non in Soggiorno. Nessuna presa esterna per l’anti zanzare nessun ventilatore esterno per le serate ( tutte) torride . La doccia esterna sul visetto di passaggio zero privacy . In oltre ci hanno fatto pagare la corrente il doppio del costo di mercato. Questa l’ho trovata la cosa più fastidiosa.
