Welcome to the 4-star Almrausch vacation apartments. Go on a quest to find the Almrausch [Rhododendron hirsutum], the hairy alpine rose! Stay in a beautiful, absolutely peaceful location with unobstructed views of Kofel and Oberammergau in our comfortable vacation apartments, built in 2005. The apartments are located at the end of a dead-end street right at the start of a beautiful hiking trail, just a few minutes’ walk from the clinics, the NATO School, the Wellenberg swimming and recreation center, and the Laberbergbahn. A small stream invites you to relax or play. Both apartments are furnished in a modern country-style, are generously sized, and each has two separate bedrooms. Each apartment also features a separate entrance and two bathrooms with toilets. During the summer months, enjoy our sunny south/west-facing terrace and balcony. Get to know our unique town of Oberammergau—home to the Passion Play and woodcarving—as well as its people and surroundings! Children are especially welcome here.
On-site fees: Check-in begins at 5:00 PM. If you’d like to arrive earlier, please kindly submit a request. Please note that in July and August, check-in and check-out days are on Saturdays.
