A place of comfort in very pleasant surroundings that just needs a couple of tweaks but is a must visit place in Wales

The location is very pretty, quiet and clean. The site has a good view with cows, horses and pony’s. Access to duck eggs. Very pleasant all round to wake up to. We felt very comfortable in the surroundings and area as a whole. There is a lot to do and see in this part of Wales and we would highly recommend it to a solo traveler, families or groups. The light houses are amazing and you can take great photos. Highly recommended the Oyster Catcher resteraunt as recommended in the welcome leaflet was truly delicious and beautiful scenery!

Freezer was not usable due to being full already and unfortunately leaked into fridge area which was reported by us. We found beds uncomfortable in twin room not firm enough but noticed others said too firm so each to their own! There was quite a few cob webs around and was a bit moaldy in the twin rooms wardrobe bottom so we all used the main wardrobe in the double room which we would recommend to do.

Great location, disappointing cleanliness

The views were great and good location. Decking is nice to sit on, on a sunny afternoon. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and were friendly.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the caravan. Lots of dead flies, leaking sink in bathroom, dirty carpets and sofas felt musty. The water was also cold so had to speak to the hosts to work out how the boiler worked... off and on again situation. Also asked if they would provide a travel cot before I went out and bought one. The one they did provide was dirty and had a musty smell to it so my daughter ended up sleeping on the double bed with me which I didnt feel very safe doing but had no choice. We had to leave after one night as daughter was having a hard time settling. It would be great as a base if you are out all day and using it to just eat and sleep, but not as somewhere to holiday to relax there only.

It was clean and as described. Felt safe even in the storm!

WiFi would be a bonus in the winter but the dvd player made a cosy movie night whilst the storm rages doable. If there was WiFi we would stay longer as I could work.

The location. Quietness of the site friendly helpful staff. The views. Also we had good weather..

...not so much didn't like.but it was cold when we arrived...it took a while for us to work out the boiler which was really effective....perhaps might have been helpful to show us how to put the heating on...on arrival

Amazing little getaway.

Pretty much everything! The views are lovely, the campsite is small and quiet but has everything you need like a shop, cafe, toilets and showers. The caravan was amazing and had plenty of space for the 4 adults and 2 children that stayed, my kids absolutely loved their little beds and the caravan in general.

The only slight downside we found (and it's literally a tiny downside too) is there was a few dead bugs squashed in the girls bedroom blind as we unrolled it and the toilet door locked but we couldn't get it unlocked which lead to my uncle getting stuck till we used a key to turn the lock. But that didn't really both us either we just didn't use the lock.
