Spacious Condo was updated, comfy sectional, great patio view and loved there were no stairs to get to condo. Nice appliances, with cooking utensils, dishes, etc. Primary shower was wow - updated and huge!!! Owners were easy to communicate with and responded super quick! Highly recommend!!!
TV channels were limited, TV in primary bedroom didn't work - turned on but couldn't watch but one channel. lol Hand soaps weren't new and had been very watered down - but we always bring our own. Primary Bed seemed to tilt downward a little at head but that may be due to the slight slope of the floor.

Near perfect condo - Big rooms, fully equipped with everything you'd need for a several day to monthly rental.
Great room concept with open kitchen, dining and living area. Good internet and cable TV. BIG sectional in LVR TVs in LVR, and both bedrooms.
Plenty of towels, kitchen fully equipped, dishwasher, stack washer/dryer, etc etc. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, coffee pot. Kitchen had a few basics to get you started like salt, pepper, some spices and coffee
Gorgeous, covered patio with lots of seating, overlooking golfing and creek. Easy access, esp for handicap.
Unit had a walk in shower in the Main Master and a tub/shower in the 2nd Master. Bathrooms had liquid soap, + full size shampoo, etc.
There was even a dog kennel if you needed one for your pet. Plus a blow up bed if you needed extra sleeping options.
EXCELLENT communication with Mike, the property manager. We even met the owner on the last day when we were checking out. Great personal touches.
I would describe, overall as Elegantly Comfortable
It would have been nice to have a work area to set up a laptop. I have worked remotely for over 20 years. Just a personal preference - the fact that there wasn't a dedicated area was not an issue. I used the breakfast counter.

Condo was very nice and spacious.
The beds were very soft. Too soft for me.

It offered plenty of space and beds for a family of 5. Also liked that it was close to the Landing.
Power and water outage. Not the owners fault- storm in the area. Would have also been nice to access the indoor pool area.
