BED BUGS!!! They were all over the 2 beds. So upset. Then I called corporate and said sorry then trying to sell me on going to Florida for vacation. Like are you insane. I’m never staying here again

Christmas trip

The room was clean, it didn't have carpet on the floor which I prefer. The receptionist was extremely friendly and although the breakfast area wasn't very large, they had an adequate selection of breakfast items. We had a chance to talk to our housekeeper who was also friendly. The hotel is just minutes from the Sight and Sound theater to which we went and the Promise Land Zoo which was having a Christmas light show. It's an ideal location. Even though we were on an shoestring budget this hotel met all of our needs.

This doesn't really bother me but the decor is very stark. The head boards on the bed were very old and a part of one was broken also one of the light shades was broken and just sitting on the top, and the shower curtain was not hanging right and the curtain wouldn't close all the way. The only reason I'm mentioning this part is that people sometimes have unrealistic expectations. We were on a tight budget and the rates reflected the age of the hotel but if you're nitpicky this is probably not a good choice.

It wasn’t the best, me and my family won’t be back.

Nothing, people were loud all night up stairs and outside our room. nobody in the office to call

asked them to clean our room and change bed sheets, give us wash cloths since they didn’t to begin with and no one even came to our room.

Comfort at an affordable price!

Our bed was very soft. Probably overly worn out. You kind of sunk into it. But I kind of enjoyed that. And I sleep fine. Others may not. Room 134. Bathroom was nice and clean. Fixtures ,shower/tub and toilet were all very nice. Updated lighting Over the sink was really nice and bright. The room.had a fantastic blackout curtain. You couldn't tell night from day. Which was nice, you never got woken up by the sunrise..

No microwave in room. We do.like to eat meals in our room. Like soups that need to be heated up. But it wasn't a deal.breaker. The floor was very dirty. That's why we always bring slippers to wear. In the room.

We did a spontaneous trip; had to take what's available.

We booked our reservations at the last minute. Branson was full up and to get a room at any hotel or Inn was a blessing. When we arrived at the Econo Lodge Inn, our room was on the top floor, so I asked for one on the bottom floor, because my wife was handicapped. They had one opening on the bottom floor and they let us have it. THE SHOWER WAS AWESOME...

Floor was not cleaned. Bed sheets were not changed. LOL We slept on them anyways, because they had limited staff and it was late. The beds were hard. The breakfast was ok, not a good selection and they served the same thing every morning. Coffee was watered down. TV didn't work that great/ it wouldn't turn off. The Helicopter that toured people all over Branson, seemed to fly right over our hotel every 20 minutes, but stopped around midnight; that was pure annoying.

Dissatisfied

We booked at Econo Lodge. They moved us to Angel Inn. They said it was an upgrade due to a staffing shortage. But let me tell you that it was definitely not an upgrade! We had spiders, the floor was wet from the air conditioning unit, and the door was rotten. The room had cobwebs. The ceiling was falling in the bathroom. They allowed people to smoke Marijuana outside. The pool was not at all an upgrade. I would not recommend booking here for the fear of being moved to other facility. We were told when checking out, after telling them all our concerns, that they were sorry, but this side had not been remodeled yet. The gentleman also said that the manager would be in tomorrow (Monday).

Simple, clean, affordable, good location

Our stay exceeded our expectations, we needed something my husband and I plus 2 kids and a dog that was cheap clean and close to everything. This hotel was exactly that. We expected to find something like outdated rooms or not the cleanest, a broken light you know just something but everything was clean and up to date. For the price I wasn’t expecting luxury personally. Since we had our dog I liked that the rooms were not connected by hallways and I could walk in and out and be outside with our vehicles right at the door which also makes it easier to load and unload the vehicle. The pool did have something wrong with the pump but they told us we could swim next door at the Angel Inn which I’m guessing is owned by the same people. They also told us if they didn’t have what we wanted for breakfast in the lobby we could eat over at the other hotel too. There is a super cute ice cream shop at the edge of the parking lot perfect for a summer walk and a bedtime snack.

My only complaint was the comforters on the bed were too small for the bed almost like a twin on a queen size bed it barely hit the edges of the bed and wasn’t enough to cover both of us completely and the pillows neeed to be thrown in the dryer to be re fluffed at least or possibly a few new ones. We will be back next visit to Branson!

Never stay here, it was disgusting

The room had mold above the shower head (black mold) the floor was filthy, we could never get towels or rags they were always out never had any clean when we requested daily on multiple occasions trying to take a shower or wash our faces. Walking across the floor without shoes made your feet black. The brand new curtain they installed that day fell and they literally tapped it back with gorilla tape. No staff was available after 7pm. Dogs barked non-stop all thru out the building.

The Room was dirty esp the floors. The bottom of my feet were black. Never had any clean rags. The whole stay there were no clean rags. Ice maker broken. Trashed piled up because they wouldn’t come clean the room even tho I put out sign asking to clean asap and even went to front desk about it. Plus toilet barely would flush. Plus for two nights we had to hear a dog howl up to midnight. Barely had enough sleep and the front office wouldn’t move us or tell the owners of the dog to something about the dog

It was a lovely stay.

The rooms and property was very clean! My family and I enjoyed our stay here and will choose this hotel again. I also enjoyed that they do not hold a deposit on your card. That makes things difficult while traveling on a budget.

There was a decent size gap when the door was closed. It let in a few outside bugs. The beds were two different types of mattresses, one was rock hard, the other was very comfy.
