About this house rental
Great Location!!! This brand new 4 BR + bunk room has 3.5 baths, large backyard and a private heated pool! (Pool Heated for additional Fee). Sleeps 12 in beds (Max guests 14)! It has parking for 4 cars. Just steps from the beach!
Pets allowed but are $150/pet/stay. This is not a deposit - it is a nonrefundable fee. Guests are still responsible for any and all damage caused by there pets and need to pick up after their pets. Any pet charges that arise will not be covered by any type of damage deposit or damage waiver purchased.
Gone Beachin' is New to the rental market and boasts TV's in every bedroom and new furniture! Gone Beachin' is a beautifully finished beach house with a private pool. It is located on the east end of Panama City Beach on the corner of Thomas Drive just down the street from the popular Schooners Restaurant and Bar.
The 4 bedrooms are located 1 bedroom on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and bunk room on the second floor.
Important: This home sleeps 12 in beds - Maximum guests allowed however is 14. You would need to provide your own air mattress or sleeping bags for the additional guests.
The 1st master suite is located on the first floor (1 King Bed). It has a large walk-in shower.
The 2nd Bedroom is a spacious second master suite is located on the 2nd floor and boasts a huge bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet (1 King Bed). This master suite also has a spacious balcony.
The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen bed.
The 4th Bedroom has a Queen over Queen bunk bed.
There is also a bunk room equipped with 2 Twins in bunk formation.
The kitchen is well equipped with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, premium appliances, pantry and all the essentials for lovingly preparing meals for the family. The gorgeous new flooring and decorations make you feel like you're in the comfort of your own home.
This is a great home for one large family or two smaller families that care to share the cost of a beach rental: 2 king bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Queen over Queen bunk bed,
1 Twin over Twin bunk bed.

Easy Access: Thomas Drive has the best traffic flow in the area. During the busiest times of spring break and peak summer weeks, Front Beach Road experiences bumper to bumper traffic. From Thomas Drive you can drive anywhere in minutes without the hassle of traffic.
Shopping Nearby: There are 2 major grocery stores and a Super Walmart within 2 miles. Pier Park is an ideal place for shopping and is only a 10-15 minute drive from the house. At Pier Park you will find several major department stores, many outlet stores, specialty stores, unique apparel and jewelry stores, fun activities for the kids, a major 16 theater cinema, and some of the best restaurants in the area.
Fun Activities: Shipwreck Island water park is blast for the whole family in the heat of the summer. Within a very short distance of the house there are several venues for miniature golf, bumper boats, go-karting, sling shot bungee rides, a Ripley's Believe it or Not, and all the beach activities one could ask for. For the golfing enthusiasts, there are 5 public courses within minutes of the house. Signal Hill is just a mile down the road. Holiday Club is about a 12 minute drive and is a little more challenging. For the best golfers, Bay Point, with its 2 courses is about a 10 minute drive, and The Hombre is less than a 10 minute drive. Gone Beachin' is located in the heart of all your favorite beach activities.

It was just as advetised and within walking distance of beach. It had everything you needed for beach from umberella and chairs to coolers. I would definitly stay at this rental again

The property was great. It was just as nice as advertised. And it included everything you’d need for a visit to the beach! Which was only about a two minute walk. Everything was labeled, which was great. It was clean, and in a good location. I had a few questions, and got immediate answers. One question was in a rainy day, and they provided a great list of ideas/activities in the area. We loved our stay.

Had an ok stay. Main issue was the oven would not work. Manager came and has appliance company come fix it. Had clogged toilet upstairs but property maintenance took care of it too. Landscaping around the property and the backyard needs a good bit of work. Neighbors’ properties were meticulously maintained and made ours look more than dated. Low rider sectional sofa too low to the ground. I could not get up out of it so I sat on a dining room chair for the entire week. It was not all bad. A/C worked great and flawlessly. Heatwave there the week we stayed. Real comfortable inside Downstairs master bedroom king bed has a real super firm mattress. Great for some folks but for me it was way too firm. I have real bad back problems as it is. This bed was not at all comfortable for me. Rest of the family loved their beds upstairs. It was a me thing I guess.
