The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities, and everything is clean and new. The owner is very kind and accommodating.

There is no privacy in the backyard, as the garden is exposed to the windows of all the neighbors. Additionally, if you enjoy mountain views like I do, this location may not be ideal since it is situated lower down.

Perfect skiing holiday in a perfect place! ⛷️🏔️

I booked 2 identical apartments (we traveled as a group of 9 people incl. 5 kids). Both completely met our expectations. They were located opposite each other, so we could stay in constant contact with the other group. They are very well equipped, nicely furnished, and extremely clean. All appliances are practically new and of high quality. The beds are very comfortable. A fantastic addition for multi-day ski trips with kids is the presence of a laundry washer with dryer. A separate topic is the owner, Monika. She is an incredibly kind and unobtrusive person with excellent communication skills (she speaks English very well). Our occasional chats were a great pleasure. The area has a large number of excellent ski resorts, such as Kitzbühel, Kaprun, Kitzsteinhorn, and Wildkogel (all within max 30-minute drive) and Mittersill is in the middle of them! The town itself has numerous shops and restaurants (walking distance), making it a great place for a walk after skiing. If we return to this area in the future, we will definitely turn to Monika first! A well-deserved 10/10! 😊

It's a highly subjective matter and just a minor detail, but a very very small downside (it may be more of a suggestion) is that the bulbs in the living room standing lamps in both apartments emit cold light (high color temperature). Warm light (low color temperature) would feel cozier. However, this has absolutely no impact on the final rating!

Everything you could need was provided. Well thought out room to fit in everything needed . Modern style chalet. Space a little cramped as the kitchen and bedroom occupy the same room. Nice outside table and chairs for eating on verandah.

Modern design interior. Front door was the patio door next to the bed but ok for a brief stay.

The apartment was very comfortable. for family with 3 boys. In the kitchen was everything we needed (accept coffee machine) the garden was lovely and enjoyable. And Monika the host helped us whenever we needed and was so nice!! we recommend the property BIG time!

No breakfast offered. The landlady Monika was very agreeable, the studio in a brand new house was well furnished by a modern equipment (including a capsule coffee maker), full of kitchen utensils. The marriage bed therein was a rather tight, for sure less than 180 cm in span. Replacing it by a broader one would for sure improve the overall comfort of guests.

Exceptional

The apartment exceeded our expectation. It was modern and made us feel like at home. The shower was amazing and the beds were comfortable, perfect after a whole day of skiing. The kitchen was also packed with everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay here again. There was also a ski bus stop near by, which we didn't realize was there until we were driving to Panormabahn (which is less than 10 minutes away).

Everything was above and beyond expectations. It all starts with the wonderful host Monika who went out of her way with every little detail. She was super helpful with everything. She even printed covid test results for us. The place was very clean and has everything a family needed to make the stay very pleasant. Highly recommended!!!!

Perfekt!

Das kleine Studio mit Terrasse ist perfekt und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, dazu blitzsauber. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht, was praktisch ist: z.B. Fliegengitter vor Fenstern und Tür, Parkplatz unter Dach, Karabiner am Schlüsselbund, ... Man kann gar nicht alles aufzählen, was den Aufenthalt so bequem macht. Angenehm ist auch die ruhige Lage und die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin.

Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

المكان مميز للغاية . سكنت في شقة في الدور الارضي غرفتين وصالة ومطبخ وحمامين . كل غرفة فيها سرير كبير والصالة يوجد فيها سرير فردي . يوجد تبعك حديقة كبيرة جداً وموقف مجاني خاص فيك . موقعها في ميترسيل قرية هادئة وممتازة تبعد عن زيلامسي حوالي 25دقيقة . من افضل الاماكن الي سكنتها في اوروبا . المضيفة الرائعة مونيكا قمة في الادب والرقي والتعاون وسرعة الاستجابة في أي وقت . في كل فترة ازور فيها زيلامسي راح يكون هذا خياري الاول في السكن .
