We had an amazing time with our group. We really enjoyed spending time at this place. Loved the little town, loved the h

It was a very old place from what he heard but renovated in a very modern way. The appliances looked very new and nice. They have heating in the floor. They also have parking for each apartment. The apartments are large and the beds very comfortable. For the skiers like us, they have a special room to keep your skis with a heating system for the boots. But the main piece was the sauna. Very nice sauna. Also the owners were super nice to us. We could see they did their best to make our stay a good experience.

We would probably recommend to offer new towels at least every two or three days.

Gabriele (the mistress of the house) was very kind ja helpful! Rooms were exactly as described in Booking, very clean and comfortable. The clothes drying room was very good, boots and gloves were always dry by morning. Parking was in the courtyard and near the door - again more convenient. A very comfortable and cozy hotel.

The only thing and the only at all - the street noise coming in from the open window was a bit disturbing in the early morning, so we had to close window for the last few hours of sleep.

Nice apartments in the town center

Nice apartments with free and easy parking. The apartment was well-equipped. The location is very central with a bakery just next door. Very convenient. We did not have breakfast included. Other restaurants are also nearby. Short ride to many ski resorts. Sauna was available for quests.

The sauna was open just until 8 pm. We would appreciate it being open longer. Just two rolls of toilet paper per apartment and we could not get more when requested - this is ridiculous for this kind of place.

Great stay

Super clean and new apartment, well equipped. Great sauna, helpful staff, 7 minute drive to the nearest ski lift in KitzSki resort.

Everything is tidy, organized, of high quality and available from beds and integrated tools

1- There was an additional fee for accommodation and use of the sauna, although we did not need it and the price was rather high, 2- The apartment was not equipped with a clothes iron, 3- The lack of a balcony with a view and the location was annoying from ambulances and police

fine but i would not be back again

the city it self is good you have groceries shop and supermarket and it's located in the center of everything

the place is very noisy in night car sound is terrible since you have to open the windo to get some fresh air , the apparmant was quite small i had to change it to get a decent place to stay so i upgratee to something like penthouse, the sheets are not clean i stayed for one week and no tissue were offered and the activity card was quite limited comparing with the one i got last year from previous Appartment

Exceptional

Great accomodation, nice and spacy apartment. 2 bedrooms, livingroom with kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Apartment si in the centre of Mittersill, so not so great for parking with big cars. It there are good drivers, its OK. Enough restaurants nearby, shops also. Great Burgers across the street. Not so far to Wildkogel or Kitzbuhl for skiing.

Bathroom was really nice, only floor should have some kind of heating, its bit cold ;-)

Great holiday stay for a familiy with kids

The kitchen was very well equipped and it was very clean. The apartment had a very nice view and seemed freshly renovated. The furniture seemed new. The host was very friendly and helpful.

A few times we had difficulty with the heat and the hot water.

Top Unterkunft!

Alles war super. Kommunikation einwandfrei, nette Begrüßung und zu jeder Zeit für Fragen und Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung/der Komfort war spitze, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit perfekter, abendlicher Erholung in der Sauna. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
