Located in a beautiful, historic building in downtown. For Amtrak travelers, station is about 100 feet from the building entrance. Apartments are modern and comfortable. Everything downtown, on the North Shore or Strip District are in walking distance.
The registration process required jumping though several hoops that were challenging for someone not tech-savvy, though understandable since there is no front desk clerk to verify ID.

Location, the building, washer and dryer, kitchen
Parking is the most horrible thing about this accommodation. You better park at the lower deck but be mindful if there is an event in the Pennsylvanian, you have to relocate your vehicle and park somewhere else.

Property was nice. Beautiful historical building. Actual apartment was okay
No hot water in first unit I checked in to. Second room had a blind ripped down , filthy windows, and a bug in the coffe pot
