We (three adults) enjoyed the property and were very satisfied with the value for what we spent. It is pretty close to restaurants, sandwich shops, and convenience stores. There is a nearby park, and there was a farmers' market, which we attended, that Friday. It is a bit of a walk to go downtown or to the Strip, but is manageable. Our host, Eva, was quick to respond to our questions. Nice view of downtown at night from the living room.

The property was very cozy with great artwork throughout. It was convenient to walk to PNC Park and to local shops. I would definitely stay here again!

My sister, our cousin and i were in town for the nfl draft. The place was wonderful for 3 gals and the location could not be beat.
