Hornets were under the porch and had to dodge them anytime we were coming in and out. Black out curtains would be beneficial due to the extremely late sunset.

Great location and room to move. Close to Downtown, but quiet and secluded. Access to good washing machine and dryer.
Shower head leaked. Fridge was noisy. Furnishings a bit ‘tired’.
