This place is perfect! Right near downtown but across the street from a park and the coast. Easy to take a walk, kids playin, gorgeous sunsets. And the house was outstanding. Quirky in a really good way, huge outdoor deck, and may extras-- like maps and sightseeing guides. We would be delighted to stay here again.
No downsides. Just perfect! A downtown hide away!

It was close to great restaurants, easy to find from the airport, beautiful views, comfortable. One of the best places I have ever stayed in.

The apartment was home from home. Spacious, clean, comfortable with plenty of thoughtful extras. Lovely view from the spacious balcony too added to the stay. The location was away from the bustle of the centre of Anchorage but an easy walk into the down town area. The only noticeable noise was from the train which passed nearby during the day, however, it only passed occasionally and we did not feel that it was an intrusion. Very happy with our choice of accommodation. Suited our needs perfectly.
There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment.
