Disappointing

Close to ski lifts and in the centre. Great host. Good facilities: kettle, hob, microwave, hairdryer and tv.

The property was extremely cold. The heating comes on at set times by a building manager but it doesn’t heat up at all… it was impossible to keep warm or dry any wet clothes after skiing. We’ve asked for an electric fan heater to stay warm… Bed sheets and towels can be updated as they already have a fair use in them… The property was very dusty and we found dirty socks and lots of hair under the sofa.

Great location, but we won't stay there again as it's too small and therefore uncomfortable.

The property is located just across the carpark for Cretaz ski lifts. Amazing location. The main gondola is located at the entrance to the village, which is about 500m away. Entrance to the gondolas area is via a few steep sets of stairs, which is a pain to get to. You can also ski from Cretaz to the main gondola via a blue run. There are a small number of cooking utensils, cutleries, plates, electric stove, and a microwave. We didn't cook so it was ok for us. Free parking nearby. We had to move it once due to the council cleaning the area from snow. The owner told us beforehand when it was happening.

The flat is too small for 2 adults and 2 children. Bedding arrangement is a sofabed and 2 bunk beds which can be folded against the wall. Once all beds are set, there's no room to move. Beds are comfortable enough though. There's no ski room, so all wet skis and boots have to be kept inside. It was very tricky on a couple of snowy days where all of our outfits were wet. There are only 2 little heaters where we could hang our clothes. Cleanliness is not the best. Bathroom and general cleanliness is poor. Bed linens, towels and toiletries are NOT provided. There's only 1 small roll of toilet paper provided for the whole duration of our 7 nights stay. We had to empty out the little bin which was fine, but wish they had provided a bigger size one so we didn't have to do it so often. No bin bag is provided, apart from the original one.

clean, cozy and perfectly located

the only issue was that the heating was not sufficient to warm up the place: my watch termomether is not a precision tool, but it's 21 degree Celsius reading during the day and 17 degree during the night were warmer than it felt. We just kept two layers of clothing indoor and survived very well
