About this house rental
Hello and welcome to our home!
Our house was completely renovated in 2018 by Bordeaux architects to restore it to its former glory: Stone walls, high ceilings, cornices and rosettes, fireplace, parquet flooring... everything that makes the charm of these traditional Bordeaux houses.
And you feel very good there!
You will find a beautiful living room of more than 65m2 with living room, open fitted kitchen, counter and dining room. A toilet completes this level.
Upstairs there are our 3 bedrooms but be careful to access them there is a beautiful concrete staircase (not secure so not suitable for young children) You will find on this landing:
- The master suite with dressing room and shower room,
- 2 other good-sized bedrooms with storage
- a bathroom with double sink unit
- A toilet.
Around us you will find all the shops you need and all this on foot: Monoprix supermarket, bakeries, butcher, cheese shop, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, florist, clothes, decoration...
Self-service bicycles and e-scooters for rent nearby (Pony or TBM)
Tram line D (5 minutes walk) brings you:
- at the epicenter of Bordeaux (in less than 10 minutes) where you can go to the Natural History Museum, grand theater, cinema, restaurants... and walk the pretty streets of old Bordeaux,
- and at Bordeaux train station (in less than 25 minutes)
From here you can also visit Saint-Emilion, an UNESCO World Heritage Site like Bordeaux, and taste magnificent wines.
You can also visit Arcachon, climb the Dune du Pyla and why not cross by boat to taste oysters on the Cap Ferret side?
