Loved the mattress and all the linens, very comfy.
The couch, very uncomfortable for just lounging around. We also like to play cards and it was hard with no table

Spacious, clean, multiple bathrooms
MISREPRESENTATION!!!
The property was listed as 3 bedroom which was my decision criteria but upon arriving found only 2 bedroom. Owner points finger at booking.com while booking.com points back at owner.
Ultimately it’s customer feeling cheated.
I’d like to get 1/3 of money back because I paid for 3 bedrooms and got 2 bedrooms.

location and a beautiful house
the couch was dirty- hair, stains and a fingernail. made it incomforatable to relax. the rest of the place was spotless. So this was really surprising to see.

The inside of the house was new and clean.
The outside was spider infested. We arrived to spider webs in the doorways entering the property. There was white flies everywhere by the front entry and when you opened the doors, the flies would enter, so you had to be quick. The grass was overgrown and not taken care of. The advertisement on Bookings said 3 bedrooms, but there was only 2. We paid for 5 guests and only had room for 4 guests. One of us had to sleep on the couch because the rollaway is basically for looks, and not for usage. The garage remote wouldn’t shut with remote the 4th day into our trip, and therefore I had to close it manually. I notified the owners whom are the property managers about the spiders and the garage remote issue. They said they would come out, but not sure if they did because we still had the same issue on both accounts. The microwave worked sometimes, and sometimes it didn’t. There is more. However, what you see in pictures are not always what you see when you get there. Also, there are rules when you get to the property that are not disclosed when you book it in the app. I can go more into details, but you get the big picture. I also have pictures of some of the spider webs attached to the house all over the property.
