Très sympa !

LE CALME de la résidence, l’emplacement et l’agencement de l’appartement, l’emplacement de parking, la proximité des commodités, l’accès à pieds à la plage ainsi qu’au centre historique (Intra-muros).

Nous avions spécialement choisis ce logement pour sa note au dessus de 9/10 pour la propreté. Malheureusement celle-ci n’était pas représentative de la réalité. Il y a tout ce qui semble propre au premier coup d’œil mais il y a aussi le reste… Un effort devrait donc être apporté au nettoyage pour garder cette note.

Fait l'affaire pour quelques jours

L'emplacement calme et proche du port / intramuros pour visite à pied. Le lit était confortable.

Le canapé n'était très confortable pour 2 personnes. Même si prévenu à l'arrivée, équipements dysfonctionnels (bouilloire, plaque cuisson). Pas dérangeant en soit, ça peut arriver mais désagréable quand combiné à un nécessaire de toilette très limité (fond de bouteille), un linge de lit froissé (ça fait négliger pour un logement 3 étoiles...). Et enfin, pas très fan de la remarque à l'entrée incitant à ne pas consommer le chauffage ("c'est à 19 degrés, si vous avez trop chaud vous pouvez baisser").
