A very bad experience

The space of approximately 80 square feet. it is advertised as 100 square feet but there is corridor of approximately 20 square feet that is not a livable space.

No internet upon arrival and for three days thereafter. The refrigerator at the max setting does not cool properly. It does not get below 50 degrees Fahrenheit but should be at 40 or less. The dishwasher door is broken. The washing machine does not spin. The place was dirty upon arrival. We reported all of it to the concierge and to booking and sent many pictures. No action was taken by the concierge!

Nous avons loué cette maison presque 2 mois, Juillet et Aout, et l' avons amèrement regretté. La maison était sale, pas d'internet, pas de chauffage, vue sur un boulevard bruyant, couvertures pleines de taches, oreillers sales et inutilisables, four tres sale, frigidaire qui ne refroidit pas, porte du lave-vaisselle cassée, aspirateur “jouet”, machine a laver qui n'essore pas etc., un "concierge" qui ignore messages et nombreuses photos etc.

Bon sejour

Logement spacieux avec terrasse et grande cuisine. Emplacement devant le logement pour la voiture. Quartier calme. Nous avons passes un bon weekend. Personnel tres arrangeant !

Malgré de nombreux avis, il n’y a toujours pas de rideax oppactes dans la chambre avec 3 lits. La machine à café ne fonctonnait pas et n’etait pas celle indiqué dans les informations. Et il serait bien d’indiquer qu’il y a des frais supplémentaires non remboursable pour la depose de caution

Les intérieurs, l'accueil et la disponibilité du service de conciergerie. La proximité de la plage du Port blanc ( 5 à 10mm à pied selon la cadence de chacuns). Pour autant le nom de la location prête à confusion, la plage n'est pas loin mais elle n'est pas à 100m. La possibilité de garer le véhicule juste devant la maison.

La proximité avec le boulevard du Villou à cause du bruit la journée. Mais très calme la nuit.

Logement très bien conçu et bien agencé, malgré l'exiguïté de la parcelle; Proximité des commerces, du centre-ville et des plages; Dinard, belle ville à visiter et proximité de nombreux sites touristiques.

Ustensiles mal adaptés à la cuisson vitrocéramique; Grille-pain défectueux.
