Mobile home for 6 people, in a quiet, fenced-in area; we also accept well-behaved dogs.

We rent our 44m² mobile home for up to 6 people, in a residential park with swimming pool (and not in a campsite)
with terrace 30 m² including 18m² of cover. It consists of:
- 1 living room with electric fireplace, TV, sofa bed 140x200, 1 fitted kitchen
With: microwave, mini-oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook;
- 3 bedrooms:
. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x200 + 1 large closet (with board games, vacuum cleaner, iron, cot for baby available) + 1 dressing table with hairdryer, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 70x190 + cupboard, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80x185 + cupboard;
- a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet,
- a separate toilet with sink,
- a terrace with large table, garden furniture, 4 relaxation chairs, 1 parasol,
- a washing machine in a shed,
- an electric plancha
Duvets, pillows and mattress pads are provided in the mobile home. Bring your fitted sheets and duvet covers or sheets and pillowcases and your towels.

This accommodations are located in DINARD in a very quiet residential leisure park open all year round with caretaker, the very quiet location is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. The park is equipped with an infinity pool, open from May 1st to September 30th and heated to 28°C. You will also find a tennis court.

Carrefour Market 1.5 kms, Supermarkets (Intermarché) and a large shopping area (Gifi, Armand Thierry, Fnac, Jules, Brice, Action, Leroy Merlin...) 2km away - Beaches, coastal path 2km, - The centre of Dinard with its superb market on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays 2.5km away (One of the most beautiful in Ille et Vilaine), Fast food nearby - Super U in Pleurtuit about 4km.
Weekends: reservation 2 nights minimum.
Weekdays all year round (except July and August): reservation of 3 nights minimum.
In July and August: weekly reservation.
If you decide to book, I will ask you for additional information (name, address, phone, email,
age of the children and possible pet) in order to establish the rental contract that I will send you by email
and which will be printed and returned to us signed with your deposit checks and tourist tax. In
This contract you will find inventory, access map, park access code, booking conditions, etc.

A deposit of 30% will be required upon booking.
A deposit will also be requested in 2 checks: 1 check for 500€ for the damage caused + 1 check for 50€ for cleaning costs if it is not done at your departure. These checks will of course not be cashed and returned within 10 days if the inventory of fixtures is irreproachable.
