The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. A high end gas grill on the lanai is part of what makes this unit a wonderful place to holiday.
The large covered lanai has dining room for eight, in addition to the indoor eating table and expansive seating at the kitchen island. The large living area with vaulted wood ceilings is airy and is a perfect place for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! Here you can play family games, listen to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Staying at the Villages gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment, spa, pool and kiddie pool.

Parents with little kids love the calm waters and everyone can enjoy excellent snorkeling! We provide snorkel gear of various sizes and even a viewing board so your little ones can see their first tropical fish.

It took me some time before I rated our stay. We stayed in early September and it is now fast approaching Thanksgiving and I could not let go of giving both the Host and property 5 Stars. Prior to booking I do read all the reviews to help facilitate our decisions. I would 100% return and recommend to others.We stayed for 11 nights and the property supplied all our needs in the Kitchen. Well equipped. We were at the beach every day and although we thought we would dine out nightly we actually ended up eating most our meals at the Condo enjoying dinner on the lanai utilizing the outdoor BBQ. The reason we chose the property was due to the Private Beach Club which was one of my favorites of all time. Lounge Chairs and a Bar and Grill on the club property all walking distance to the Mani Lani Resort. The property had everything you need for the beach to include coolers and a wagon to haul all the gear.We went with our 2 recently college graduated daughters and each had their own room and bathroom making getting ready simple and easy. We did have an issue with the Master Bed and the host immediately fix the next morning. Response time was immediate.

We stayed here for 1 week. It has everything we needed for our beach and hiking vacation. We did not need to pack any beach items or coolers. The place was well stocked with kitchen items I would use at home. It was also very clean and updated. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of six spent 10 nights here. Excellent property - tastefully furnished, a well-stocked kitchen, access to the fabulous Beach Club, and close to other great amenities such as Brown's Restaurant at the nearby Fairmont Orchid Hotel. It has everything you need for a great stay on the Big Island. Two tiny suggestions:1. Some of the bikes in the garage need attention - even after you pump up the tires they go flat in about 30 minutes.2. There were several light bulbs out in the ensuites (they are specialty bulbs; otherwise, I would have just bought them). The property manager promised to install new ones, but never did.We can highly recommend this place.
