Welcome to Coconut Telegraph House, named after one of the owners favorite songs. Just like the song goes, you can hear it on the Coconut Telegraph that everyone knows what an amazing place this is to unwind and rejuvenate.
The Coconut Telegraph House provides a perfect setting for your Hawaii getaway and is designed for gatherings of up to 8 people and provides a relaxing, comfortable well-equipped home for your Hawaiian vacation.

NEW: This home includes FREE Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort passes in 2026. The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today.
Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 8 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.
Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable well equipped vacation home.

This 3 bedroom home is fully furnished with each bedroom having its own private ensuite. New in 2023, the owner updated flooring, Master bedroom furniture and mattress, couches, repainted entire home and added a great deal more tropical decor and touches.
Sleeping Accommodations:
Master #1 - King size bed, spa like ensuite and elegant hardwood finished closet.
Master #2 - Main floor - Two TwinXL (can be combined as King with gel topper) with private ensuite bath with walk-in (no step) shower.
Bedroom #3 - 2 Queen beds and full private master ensuite bath
The open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, and living room. Large Lanai doors (with screens) open up to a large covered lanai with an outdoor kitchen with private BBQ grill and fridge. There is also a wonderful private walled courtyard to enjoy your coffee outdoors just off the kitchen.
The large living area with vaulted wood ceilings is airy and is a perfect place for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! Here you can play family games, listen to music on the sound-bar, watch the game on the brand new UltraHD 4K TV, or relax with a movie.
Beyond building an elegant, yet comfortably furnished home, we know it's often the small surprises and conveniences that make all the difference.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. You'll find an abundance of snorkel gear, chairs, coolers, and beach toys in the garage.

• Comfortable beach chairs, beach mats, umbrellas, sand toys and sandcastle making equipment
• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
If you'd prefer not to drive, there is an assortment of bikes They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Ask us about deals on a GEM Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (Golf cart) rental for even more family fun.
For those with children:
Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

You can also enjoy access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club staffed with lifeguards and the overlooking Napua Restaurant, just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala Coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
If you have a larger group consider renting nearby Aloha Joe's Ohana or Hale Kanani Villas.
